Job Description
About Us:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Admin Support person to assist with administrative compliance tasks across our children’s services programs.

Role Overview:
This role supports our Risk and Compliance Manager with administrative tasks to ensure our centres meet regulatory and organisational compliance requirements. You will help maintain accurate records, support audits, and assist with incident documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with regular compliance audits and checklist monitoring.
Support incident documentation and maintain accurate records.
Help track and report on mandatory training and other compliance tasks.
Schedule follow-ups and check-ins after serious incidents.
Support distribution of emergency response materials to centres.
Key Skills and Attributes:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic systems.
Proactive and reliable with follow-up tasks.
Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
Previous admin experience, ideally in compliance or a regulated environment.
