Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Service Administrator to join our Service & Aftermarket team in New South Wales. This role is critical in supporting the Service Leading Hand with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, and helping us achieve our On Time Delivery (OTD) and service growth targets.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent attention to detail, and enjoy working collaboratively with technicians, customers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Service Leading Hand with workflow planning, scheduling, and technician workload management.
Manage and direct all service and warranty enquiries, including group email monitoring.
Prepare and process service quotations, orders, and warranty documentation accurately and on time.
Enter fitter hours, required parts, and updates into service orders daily.
Oversee company portals nationwide for purchase orders, returns, and invoice processing.
Book pumps into stock on completion and coordinate dispatch logistics.
Source vendor quotes and raise purchase orders for goods and services.
Follow up on outstanding client quotations and ensure timely responses.
Schedule, record, and maintain safety and maintenance inspections.
Manage facility files, archives, and audit documentation.
Provide support to other service facilities and cover store administration when required.
Maintain compliance with OH&S standards and uphold NOV’s values of professionalism and safety.
