Your Next Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a friendly, energetic Guest Experience Officer to be the welcoming face of our Holiday Park in Nambucca Heads.
Ingenia Holidays Nambucca Heads offers the perfect blend of coastal charm and community spirit, making it an ideal workplace for someone who loves creating memorable guest experiences in a relaxed, holiday-focused environment.
Reporting to the Park Manager, you'll be the welcoming face of the park; assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs, sharing local tips, and ensuring everything runs smoothly through great service and coordination, helping deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents, and have fun while doing it!
This position is casual, with extra hours able to be picked up during peak seasons.

In this role you’ll
Be the friendly face that greets every guest, sharing insider tips on park highlights, local attractions, and fun activities.
Champion Ingenia Holidays as the ultimate destination for relaxation and adventure.
Manage check-ins, check-outs, and front desk operations with professionalism and a personal touch.
Deliver exceptional customer service that keeps guests coming back.
Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
You’re Likely a Match If You
Shine in customer service and love helping people feel at ease.
Bring experience in hospitality or tourism (extra kudos if you’ve worked in a holiday park!).
Are confident using Microsoft Office and booking systems (or keen to learn).
Are detail-oriented, organised, and a true team player.
Hold a valid ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence.
You’re someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference. You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
