FinXL IT is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading government client on a key transformation engagement.

Responsibilities
Providing analysis to support the carriage of a number of projects
Documenting requirements for technology and network transformation
Contributing to the governance process for the program of work
Applying Service Integration and Management (SIAM) principles and frameworks
Leveraging strong financial acumen in project analysis
Engaging and managing a broad range of stakeholders effectively
Key Skills & Experience
Due to the nature of the project, candidates must hold an NV1 security clearance
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, working on large, complex projects that involve multiple project streams
Experience working within a Waterfall environment
Strong documentation and process mapping skills
Adept at reading and understanding extensive contracts and assisting in eliciting requirements and deliverables.
Experience handling large scopes of work, and working under significant pressure.
Experience working with challenging stakeholders/customers - either in a team setting or one-on-one with a peer in the customer's organisation.
Experience working/collaborating with program managers, project managers, schedulers, test managers, and technical resources
