Systems Support Technician Stellar Systems Pty Ltd location Perth. Stellar Systems is a well-established ICT technical services provider with a substantial client base who is looking for an enthusiastic Systems Support Technician to join our talented team. To succeed in this role you will need to be self-motivated, have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft environments, sound technical skills and respond with a sense of urgency to incidents and operations. An interest in learning is essential to progress in this position and within the company. The role is based at our modern office in Osborne Park with some onsite work required at clients' premises. Primary responsibilities proactively support client ict environments via remote access tools, telephone, email and onsite manage, co-ordinate and solve level 1 & 2 support requests, lead and be involved on the implementation of ict projects, communicate effectively to other technical personnel and clients, document all support requests correctly within a ticketing system, maintain network documentation for managed environments. The successful person will have minimum 1 years’ experience working in a similar role, it qualification or certification, proven experience working with microsoft technologies, good understanding of network technologies (vpn, routers, switches etc), demonstrate exposure to relevant ict technologies, experience with connectwise products considered an advantage, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organisational skills and ability to multitask and prioritise, excellent customer service skills, must be an australian citizen or have permanent residency, a current western australian driver's license, police clearance.
