Location: Collingwood, VIC | Full-Time

About the role:
As Cafe Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead our team, elevate service standards, and collaborate across FOH, Kitchen, Retail, and Marketing in Melbourne and Tokyo. Working closely with the GM, Kitchen Manager, Retail Manager, and Creative Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping CIBI’s future.

What we’re looking for:

1.5+ years leadership experience in hospitality

Strong people management skills (teams of 5+)

Thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments

Passion for team development and outstanding service

Operational skills: rostering, financial oversight

Curiosity for Japanese food & culture (a bonus)

Key responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop FOH & barista team

Ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experience

Oversee recruitment, training, and performance reviews

Manage sales, wages, and COGS

Drive engagement, culture, and compliance

Employment: Full-Time Annual Salary

Working hours: Daytime (weekends preferred)
