Join our Melbourne flagship, built on a love of coffee, people, and hospitality. We’re looking for a Head Barista to lead our coffee program and inspire our team in Collingwood.

What you’ll be doing

Leading the barista team on and off the machine
Showcasing and brewing some of the best coffees in the world
Training, mentoring, and supporting baristas to grow their skills
Working closely with the café leadership team to deliver a world-class guest experience
Driving consistency, efficiency, and excellence in every cup
What we’re looking for

A genuine passion for specialty coffee and hospitality
Strong experience in high-volume, quality-focused café environments
Proven management experience with strong leadership and training skills
A calm and supportive presence on bar
Someone who values teamwork as much as coffee craft
