THE OPPORTUNITY

Allcoast Roof Services is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Team Member to join their trade team.

This is permanent, full-time opportunity, 6:00am - 2:30pm shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES

First point of contact for all customers face to face, email and over the phone.
Keying customer orders, drawing of flashings and processing supplier purchase orders in our point-of-sale system.
Communicating with customers in relation to missing information or answer queries
Creating of job packs for other departments for manufacturing, picking slips and delivery dockets.
Liaise with Operations, Sales, Manufacturing and Transport Teams.
Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment
ABOUT YOU

Essential: Experience in internal sales team environment
Desirable: Experience in POS Systems
Knowledge of metal and/or tile roofing is highly advantageous
Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of commitment to achieve desired results
Experience in a fast moving, forever changing and improving environment.
Assist customers and Sales Representatives in arranging orders and ensuring they are processed within the cut off times.
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
Ability to work in a team environment as well as a proven ability to work and manage their workload reliably and independently
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
