We are growing & looking for great people to continue the Marcel's adventure. Sous chef key responsibilities assists head chef in smooth running of kitchen operations efficiently, responsible for ordering of supplies and cost control management including food costs and wastages, maintain & improve quality of service and operating standards to ensure maximum guests satisfaction, train and assist new kitchen staff ensuring consistency in work performance, ensure daily housekeeping and maintain proper hygiene practices in all kitchen operations. Skills & experience min. cert/diploma in culinary or related field, with at least 3 years working experience in the same capacity, knowledge of various cuisines with french culinary techniques and modern trends is a plus, excellent kitchen planning skills and good understanding of f&b marketing, self-driven, service-oriented, good leadership qualities and have a strong work ethics, willing to work on day or evening shifts (5 days' work week, no split shift), weekends and public holidays. Other Information 5 days' work week, no split shift, interested package includes monthly bonus & meal allowance, exciting french, casual and chic dining concept, no quota for s pass.
