Asphalt Foreperson – ACT Pavements Team | Hume, ACT

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Asphalt Foreperson to join our ACT Pavements team based in Hume. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in asphalt operations who are ready to take on a leadership position or further develop their supervisory skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate daily activities of the asphalt crew
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
Monitor compliance with technical specifications and contractual requirements
Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement

About You:

Demonstrated experience in leading or supervising teams in road construction or asphalt operations
Strong understanding of asphalt processes and road project delivery
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Commitment to safety and adherence to Zero Harm principles
