What this opportunity involves:

We've got an exciting opportunity for a Marina Attendant to join the Sydney Boathouse based in Rozelle.

For this role, we are looking for friendly and professional individuals – someone who can liaise with and build rapport with all levels of the organisation and the general public, with excellent customer service being key!

In this busy and hands on role, your duties will include, but aren’t limited to;

Provide a professional and courteous service for customers of the marina and extended general public who visit our facility
Conduct daily marina inspections, berth (and mooring) occupancy, carry out general repairs and maintenance and cleaning
Ensure the entire facility is clean and tidy, including bathroom, grounds & gardens, workshop & recycling area
Assisting Yacht crew with day to day service requirements such as berthing assistance
Note: this is a casual role that includes weekend work

Sound like the job you are looking for? Before you apply it’s also worth knowing what we are looking for:

Have a keen interest or experience in boating and some knowledge of Sydney Harbour
Previously worked in a marina, worked on-board a superyacht or worked in hospitality where you applied a high level of customer service
Have the ability to prioritise and work unsupervised
Hold a current NSW Boat Licence
Forklift experience will be highly desirable
