B2B Sales Development Consultant Precise Recruitment location Adelaide. We are a highly regarded (RTO) Registered Training Organisation based in Adelaide, delivering both accredit and non-accredited training courses to the public and private sectors. We pride ourselves on professionalism, offering clients tailored training solutions. Our focus is client satisfaction by meeting their training goals and expectations. An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Development Consultant to join our respected RTO in a part time but permanent position with flexible 20 hours across the week. Reporting to the General Manager you will play a key role in maintaining existing relationships and developing new ones with a strong emphasis on repeat business and continuous training delivery – becoming the RTO of choice. The role will comprise collaborating with the general manager to construct a plan of action aimed at targeting existing and past clients – immediate focus on south australia with other states & territories to follow, renewing relationships and building new partnerships aiming at meeting the customers’ immediate and future training needs, identifying opportunities for up-selling within the existing customer base, presenting full scope of training portfolio in face to face meetings and over the phone, researching and maintaining awareness of competitors & their activity in the industry, negotiating training costs and successfully closing sales, diligently recording all communication in the crm as well as fulfilling all administrative requirements as directed, working in partnership with all team members to further improve the market share of asbestos & you. To be successful in this role you will be a self-starter, hungry to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads, demonstrate successful industry experience in sales / business development in the construction, demolition, local government or similar (sales with in an rto would be highly regarded but are not essential), have a passion for building long lasting mutually beneficial business relationships, possess exceptional communication skills & it fluency, work collaboratively as part of our close knit, strong and efficient team, be particular in record keeping, follow through & delivery of agreed actions.
