Are you passionate about asset reliability and preventative maintenance? We’re looking for a  Condition Monitoring Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the performance and longevity of our fixed plant equipment.

About the Role

As a Condition Monitoring Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for a team of 8 technicians monitoring the health of our assets through data collection, sampling, and testing. Your insights will directly support our preventative maintenance programs and help drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Leading a team of NDT and VA technicians to support plant operations and maintenance teams
Apply monitoring, sampling, and testing techniques including, but not limited to, rotating and vibrating equipment, to gather asset health data
Identify and escalate potential asset defects based on established parameters
Prepare condition and performance reports to support maintenance decisions
Contribute to the reliability and sustainability of our assets
Conduct quality and safety inspections that align with Rio Tinto best practices
Support and coach less experienced team members when needed
What You'll Bring

Supervision and leadership experience in a plant or processing environment
Technical qualifications and hands-on experience in condition monitoring (NDT or VA)
A mature leadership approach to support and develop your people and enable their success
Sound risk management skills and ability to make decisions based on risk
Sounds computer literacy skills. Working knowledge of SAP is desirable
Strong attention to detail and commitment to following standard procedures
Experience using Emmerson Machinery Health is desirable
Refinery experience is also desirable
