About this role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to lead critical aspects of project delivery, including reporting, change management, risk mitigation, and team leadership. This role plays a key part in ensuring project governance, scope control, and collaboration across multiple stakeholders, while driving accountability, continuous improvement, and alignment with our strategic objectives.
Responsibilities include
Manage change processes related to project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring all changes are documented, impact-assessed (via the Change Team), and approved through established governance procedures
Track and document key design decisions made across various project governance forums
Identify, assess, and manage project risks—including financial, operational, and technical—while developing appropriate risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
Deliver regular reports and dashboards to key stakeholders in collaboration with the Governance team
Ensure document management platforms are properly set up and maintained, including adherence to naming conventions and workflows
Communicate and enforce document governance processes, including version control, archiving, and management of contractual documentation
Manage change requests, ensuring any changes to project scope, schedule, or resources are evaluated for financial impact and approved before implementation
Track key design and project decisions through governance forums and maintain an up-to-date decision log

We are finding better ways to simplify our operations, expand our capability and improve productivity, to do this we are embarking on an exciting journey that will transition us to a modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform moving from an old, outdated technology (currently RTBS) to a new digitally enabled S/4 Hana and application ecosystem.
An effective RTBS is a key enabler to Best Operator, given 30-60 per cent of our frontline time is spent in the system. To deliver this change we must ensure that we work closely with each of the Product Group’s (PGs) and Functions to modernise how we operate in the system. Consequently, this is not a technology led program, it is business led.

The newly created ERP Implementation Program team within the PMO function will bring together a variety of specialist skillsets to shape our digital future and simplify, automate, modernise and improve our ways of working globally.
