Our team is growing and we are currently seeking the right fit for the role of Housekeeper located in Robina - Gold Coast, with both general and leadership roles available, with positions on a Full-Time & Part time basis.

The Position:

Carry out cleaning inspection, be responsible for Quality control and service rotations
General housekeeping, no bed/sheet changing
Maintain the public amenities such as toilets bathrooms etc
Maintenance of cleaning records and compliance standards
Delivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customers

Minimum Criteria:

Experience in cleaning operations; domestic, commercial or hotel
Demonstrated sound knowledge in floor maintenance and high level cleaning with an eye for detail
National Police clearance, within 3 months of issue
Self motivated and can demonstrate initiative on the job
Professional presentation and customer service
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and management.
