From young athletes to NDIS participants and people looking to improve their physical confidence, our studio is built around creating real impact — improving strength, mobility, and confidence in everyday life.

We’re a no-ego, community-first studio where everyone is supported to grow.

The Role
We’re looking for a qualified Personal Trainer or Exercise Physiologist to join our team on a part-time basis. You’ll work hands-on with a diverse group of clients, including those with disability, delivering individual and small-group sessions that support their physical and personal goals.

This role suits someone who’s passionate about inclusive health, great with people, and ready to make a genuine difference.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, effective, and inclusive training sessions
Work with NDIS participants and other clients across varying abilities
Program for individual goals and adjust based on progress
Track outcomes and provide regular updates where needed
Support studio setup, equipment use, and a positive environment
Communicate clearly with team members, parents, carers, and allied health providers
Requirements
Cert IV in Fitness or Degree in Exercise Physiology / Sport Science
Current First Aid & CPR
Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
ABN and Professional Insurance (or ability to set up)
Experience with NDIS participants is a bonus — but we’ll mentor the right person
Strong communication skills and a heart for inclusive work
Team-player mindset and willingness to grow with the business
Important Note:
As part of this role, the successful applicant will also be required to register with a partnered company we collaborate with for onboarding, compliance, and invoicing purposes. This ensures you are able to work with certain clients and programs, including NDIS participants. Details will be provided during the interview process.

What You’ll Get:
Flexible shifts to fit your availability
A supportive, down-to-earth team
Meaningful work with clients who value your impact
Ongoing professional development
Opportunity to grow with a forward-thinking, inclusive studio.
