Description

IT Manager Sharp and Carter Digital and Technology location Melbourne, Eastern Suburbs. As the IT manager you will maintain company IT systems and provide ongoing technical support to internal customers and external business requirement customers as required. You will be a key player in a wide range of crucial projects and work alongside a range of vendors and business partners. About the role administer and perform housekeeping of the ict solutions and business systems, perform regular checks of systems/software, performing backups of data, adding/deleting/modifying use account information, resetting passwords and undertaking performance tuning, perform technical analysis for modifications to an existing system or for a completely new system, design system implementation and assist in physical planning, assist in preparing relevant documentation including operational documentation, recommend continuous improvements to processes and service delivery, develop and implement ict roadmap including key projects, identify and ensure the investigation and rectification of recurring problems to allow for the effective and efficient resolution of incidents, drive performance excellence through the monitoring and review the performance of tools standards, processes and systems, suggest improvements that will contribute to improved service delivery or productivity. About you will have current hands on experience with desktop/hardware management, onsite/ new infrastructure, systems implementation assistance, citrix/ cloud environment (microsoft azure preference), sql database knowledge, telephone software knowledge,review and agree on high level scope of project requests, demonstrates a thorough functional understanding of ict delivery solutions, expertise in solution analysis and service support, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills, excellent ability to utilize remote management tools to enable support of interstate offices, exposure to network management using cloud infrastructure; preferably microsoft azure, a strong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal customers, peer groups and key internal stakeholders, ability to plan own workload to achieve deliverables in required time frames and provide estimates for scheduling purposes.
