Based at our Head Office in the bustling Adelaide Airport Business District, this is your opportunity to become a key part of a passionate and high-performing internal call centre team at Atlas McNeil Healthcare. Every day, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support with accuracy, efficiency, and a personal touch.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Be the friendly voice of Atlas McNeil Healthcare, delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Confidently handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and empathy
Provide clear, helpful information about our products and services to a wide range of customers
Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently
Support your teammates across the wider Customer Service team when needed

ABOUT YOU

You thrive in a collaborative environment, bring energy and positivity to your work, and love finding solutions that leave customers smiling. You’ve got a sharp eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and you don’t shy away from a challenge. You're ready to hit the ground running and become an integral part of a team that values both professionalism and fun.

What You’ll Bring:

Previous experience in a customer service environment (preferred)
Exposure to aged care, continence education, wound care, or pharmacy is highly regarded
A solid understanding of NDIS fundamentals is a bonus
Strong computer skills, particularly within Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
