About The Role

Provide essential support to the PVH Planning team (as well as the Buying team as directed) by managing administrative tasks related to product inventory, order, allocations and planning processing, data entry, and communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Reporting to the Junior Planner, you will ensure the smooth flow of merchandise operations, ultimately ensuring the delivery of product to the selling floor across all categories.

Based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD, located at 388 George Street 2000, this is a full-time 12-month fixed term contract role working from home and in the office weekly.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist with processing purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documentation.
Maintain accurate and up to date merchandise records in inventory management systems. Support the PMP and Bulk master data creation and maintenance process, ensuring stock is bulked, held and allocated accurately to the right areas as required.
Assist in the management and consolidation of all required product information and costings, such as descriptions, pricing, and categorisation in internal systems.
Complete data entry and extract data, and prepare reports related to stock levels, sales performance, and order fulfillment as required.
Track purchase orders and manage factory queries, chasing stock deliveries from the suppliers and vendors, and resolve discrepancies.
Working closely with the distribution and supply team to ensure effective movement of stock through the business, including liaising with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of product.
Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders including buying, planning colleagues, supply chain, wholesale, operations.
Respond to internal and external inquiries related to merchandise administration in a timely manner.
Skills & Experience

1+ years previous experience in merchandising, retail administration, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and experience with inventory or ERP systems preferably SAP.
Strong organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritise work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of supply chain or inventory management desirable.
Team player, with a pro-active attitude and willingness to learn and build/maintain relationships.
