Opportunity for a customer focused administrator to join an organisation that champions quality early learning in this Full time, 12month parental leave cover position. The Role
Are you a customer focused administrator who enjoys engaging with the community? Are you interested in working for a values-based not-for-profit that positively impacts the education of children? If this sounds like you, then our Customer Service & Enrolments Officer position could be just what you’ve been looking for.
Based at the Harbour, you’ll play an integral role in our enrolments process end-to-end, where you’ll respond to queries, process applications, ensure data is accurate in our systems and work with our marketing team to maximise the interest and uptake of our service offerings.
About You
You are a ‘people person’ who is comfortable interacting with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders. You’ll no doubt have strong administration skills and be committed to providing high-level customer service whilst adopting a continuous improvement approach to your work.
What we’re looking for:
• Knowledge and experience in supporting service enrolments
• Willingness to build relationships with staff, children, and families
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adopt a respectful and inclusive communication style
• Knowledge and experience with Qikkids and/or a CMS (Childcare Management System) is desirable
• Early Childhood Education and Care industry knowledge and experience
• Ability to navigate and understand the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Law and National Regulations and our compliance obligations
• Knowledge and experience across the MS Office suite
• Ability to work as part of a team (immediate team and with others across the organisation) and is a role model for engaging and collaborating with families and colleagues
