We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Skylight crew. You will have a pivotal role in driving products that will redefine industry standards and enhance the experiences of real estate professionals across Australia. As a Senior Engineer your role involves not only writing and reviewing code but also architecting solutions that meet both current and future business needs.
What you’ll be doing
Build high quality scalable, reliable and performant solutions in collaboration with other engineers and tech leads.
Participate in and contribute to cross-domain technology forums.
Mentor engineers in Solution design and building high quality solutions.
Contribute to the System Health and Tech debt backlog for their respectively owned service.
Collaborate with Lead Engineers and Tech Leads on improving process and system change.
Keep abreast of latest trends in technology and software engineering. Use responsible engineering principles to understand when and how to apply those same trends.
What we are looking for
Designing scalable software solutions using TypeScript/JavaScript and React
Experience with GraphQL desirable
Experience with Cloud environments, such as AWS or Azure
Understands shift-left testing and how to implement it in practice
Experience implementing DevOps practices and CI/CD
Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
