Job Summary:

We have a new opportunity available to join our collaborative and high preforming Superannuation Administration team in the Gold Coast.

These are hands on and high volume roles and are required to deliver outstanding end to end service to our customers via communication, platform system functionality, business processes and client related product understanding. The Superannuation Administrator is also responsible maintaining high quality levels of service at all times, in order to meet Superannuation industry requirements.

Our team offers hybrid work, working two days per week in our office in Bundall.
Responsibilities:

Correspond with Members, Trustee and other service providers
Daily banking and processing benefit payments to members
Processing new member applications
Data integrity
Allocating contributions and benefit payments to member accounts
Insurance new applications and renewals and In species transfers
Pension set ups, pension payroll processing and Centrelink schedules
Requirements:

Super administration experience or a knowledge of associated legislation that operates in the superannuation environment – Highly desired.
OR administration experience within the financial services sector (insurance / investments/ financial advisory - RG 146
OR administration experience that is transferrable
Planning & Organisational skills and an ability to handle large volumes of work
Deliver high quality service levels at all times
Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills and the ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
