THE ROLE

Help Shape Smarter, More Efficient Infrastructure Delivery

Are you passionate about leveraging data to create real-world impact? Our Gas Services Contract Team is seeking a Business Performance Lead to connect operational delivery with strategic decision-making across our gas contracts. Based in Derrimut, you will blend analytical expertise with a collaborative approach to implement improvement initiatives that generate long-term value for clients, communities, and our teams.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

Analyse client needs and internal ideas to build evidence-backed business cases.
Lead process improvement projects across asset management, field operations, and commercial performance.
Deliver insights through KPI monitoring, cost analysis, and forecasting.
Act as a trusted advisor, partnering with leaders, field teams, and clients to align outcomes and drive efficiency.
Promote a culture of Zero Harm across all activities.
ABOUT YOU

You are a strategic thinker who enjoys working with data and people to create a meaningful impact. Your background may include management accounting, business analysis, or commercial performance—what matters most is your ability to:

Interpret and present complex data clearly to different audiences.
Confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Lead process improvements and build strong business cases.
Work collaboratively across technical and operational teams.
Use tools like Excel and ERP systems to generate insights and streamline reporting.
CPA/CA accreditation (or working towards it) and a degree in Accounting, Business, or Commerce are beneficial but not essential if you bring relevant experience and capability.
