Under the leadership of Head Chef Cam Jones, the restaurant delivers a refined, modern Australian menu focused on regional, seasonal produce, presented with signature creativity and care to complement our wines.

We are seeking a Casual Chef who brings creativity, professionalism, and a passion for local ingredients. You will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and value both excellence and enjoyment in the workplace. A genuine interest in wine and food pairing will be highly regarded.

What we offer:
