Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT support professional to join our team at our Head Office located in Helensvale. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all critical IT systems are operational with minimal downtimes, Yalari remains ‘cyber secure’ and our staff feel supported as they navigate their roles utilising technology. This is a new role for Yalari and works very closely with our Data and Analytics Lead who manages our technology stack including our CRM, data integrations, automations and analytics reporting.

Responsibilities
The IT Operations Officer will be responsible for:
Working close with our MSP, manage the Microsoft 365 environment and the management and access to Sharepoint sites including supporting training and effective use of the system with users.
Support user access management, hardware provisioning, and software deployment.
Coordinate the procurement of hardware and software as required via established suppliers.
Coordinate the management of data systems and cyber security protocols including disaster recovery and crisis response planning.
Maintain documentation for core IT operating systems, processes, and configurations.
Ensure office phone systems and company mobiles are managed and maintained for optimal use.
Oversee the management and technical maintenance of the website where scope is outside of our service provider, working closely with the Data and Analytics Lead.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, security and governance standards.
Support the Data and Analytics Lead to develop and deliver IT systems and cyber security training to the users.
Coordinate reporting coming in from the Managed Service Provider and liaise with them as required to ensure we are receiving the optimal service and support.
Key Competencies and Capabilities
Exceptional levels of proficiency in managing Windows operating environments.
Strong working knowledge in network management and cloud platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an affable and approachable nature.
Strong ‘problem solver’ with ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues efficiently.
Strong understanding of cyber security principles and management of patches, access controls and compliance standardsStrong ability to contribute to, and work in a collaborative, collegiate team environment.
Proven team player who is responsive, approachable, and adaptive.
Qualifications or equivalent experience in IT or a technology-based degree desirable.
Experience working in an end-user support-based environment highly beneficial.
