Description

Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) in Salesforce development and architecture, with a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and others.
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions across multiple industries.
Strong expertise in Salesforce customization and configuration, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
Hands-on experience with integration tools and techniques, such as REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.
Experience in leading technical teams and guiding the development of scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions.
Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, data model, and sharing rules.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and deployment tools (Jenkins, Copado, etc.).
Experience with data migration strategies and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to design solutions that meet business requirements while considering performance, scalability, and security.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce implementations through best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and capabilities, recommending and implementing improvements where applicable.
Mentor and coach junior team members, helping to build their skills and knowledge in Salesforce development.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the Salesforce solution.
Contribute to project planning, risk management, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
