It Desktop Support Officer Hays Information Technology location Melbourne, CBD and Inner Suburbs. A large enterprise organisation located in Melbourne’s CBD requires an IT Desktop Support Officer for a 6 month contract commencing immediately. Contract extension may be possible, depending on business needs. In this exciting new role, you will be the first point of contact for technical requests and incidents. You will be providing 1st and 2nd level desktop support for the melbourne cbd office, performing onsite support to a large user base within a corporate environment, troubleshooting technical issues in a high-volume ticketing environment, ensuring technical issues are resolved within sla's in calm and polite manner. What you'll need to succeed to be successful in your application, you will need demonstrated experience within a desktop support or end-user support role, strong knowledge of microsoft environments including windows 7-10, office 365, sccm administration, active directory, exchange and service now ticketing systems, video conferencing and audio-visual support experience, ability to work under pressure in a high-volume ticketing and strict kpi environment, excellent customer service & communication skills, both verbal and written.
