About Your Role

In this key role, you will make a significant impact across our Network Operations business by hitting the ground running and partnering with hiring and business leaders to:

Lead and manage recruitment projects, delivering end-to-end campaign strategies, facilitate assessment centres from planning to execution.
Partner with our EB team to utilise social media platforms to create compelling content, build awareness, and attract diverse talent pools, targeting specific generations and career changers.
Represent the organisation at industry events and job fairs, showcasing the exciting opportunities available and connecting with potential candidates.

What We’re Looking For

This role combines strategic planning, innovative sourcing techniques, and project management skills to meet our high-volume hiring needs effectively.

Prior experience in high-volume recruitment and facilitating assessment centres
Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering recruitment projects.
Proficiency in using recruitment technologies including talent assessment, screening tools, building talent communities
Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
