Positioned at the centre of project assurance for a large and diverse portfolio, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we deliver change, helping to embed modern delivery practices, uplift ways of working, and foster a culture focused on agility, outcomes and continuous improvement. Working closely with senior leaders and delivery teams, you’ll provide trusted guidance, tailored coaching, and proactive support to ensure we deliver the right outcomes, the right way. What you’ll deliver with us
A robust and practical delivery assurance framework that supports both traditional and contemporary ways of working
Strategic oversight and guidance to ensure projects and programs align with enterprise goals and deliver measurable value
Early identification of delivery risks and proactive support to uplift project health and confidence
Trusted, practical advice to senior leaders on project investments, resource optimisation, and delivery strategy
A culture of continuous improvement by mentoring delivery teams and encouraging innovation in approach and execution
Meaningful delivery metrics and insights that drive smarter decision-making and systemic improvement
A One Team approach, working collaboratively across the enterprise to embed new ways of working and strengthen delivery capability
About you
A proven track record of leading complex, high-value projects from strategy through to execution
Extensive experience with project assurance, delivery frameworks, and risk mitigation
Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, you know how to spot opportunities and assess impact
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, from the exec table to the project floor
A mindset of curiosity and growth, you’re passionate about building capability and delivering meaningful outcomes
Experience in both traditional and agile delivery, and a desire to champion new ways of working
