The Library is seeking to fill the role of Coordinator, Collection Description: Projects (APS5) within the Collection Management Section of the Collection Branch, non-ongoing until 23 November 2025.

The role requires:

Demonstrated understanding of collection management and control activities
Strong organisational, problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to promote continuous business improvement processes
Experience using Library systems including DLC and FOLIO is preferred

This role will allow you to:

Work directly with the Library's extensive and unique collections
Be part of a supportive and collaborative team to ensure the Library's collections are discoverable and accessible.

The Opportunity

This role is only available to ongoing National Library of Australia and APS employees as a temporary transfer at level and/or a temporary performance (Acting) opportunity until 23 November 2025.
