We are recognised for serving fantastic food, drinks, service and atmosphere. The Royal Oak stretches across two stories, with its public bar, private function space, large sky lit restaurant and outdoor seating. We boast one of the busier hotels on Balmain’s peninsular and we are looking for the staff with the skills to match. We are a vibrant and fun workplace where we are committed to providing guests with an amazing experience each and every time they walk through our doors. We are looking for casual experienced waitstaff to join our team, this role is flexible with many hours available for the right person. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, food and wine knowledge essential, rsa, strong customer service skills,  the ability to re-call and explain ingredients/dishes to guests also recommend wines to match, available nights and weekends, excellent presentation, team player, take direction.
