About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic Customer Service Administrator – International to be the first point of contact for international students, providing expert guidance and support throughout their journey.
Reporting to the Customer Service Operations Team Leader, you'll play a key role in delivering clear, accurate, and timely information on courses, university policies, and government regulations. Your strong service skills, cultural sensitivity, and proactive approach will help create a welcoming and supportive environment for students from around the world.
In this role, you'll assist students with inquiries on Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), visas, course transfers, refunds, travel passes, USIs, certified letters, and admissions. You'll also provide guidance on university procedures and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless student support.
We’re looking for someone who is a customer service superstar with a passion for helping others. You will have strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students from diverse cultural backgrounds. You’ll also have great attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
General knowledge and experience of tertiary sector operating procedures, preferably regarding international regulations or General knowledge and experience of provision of information resources in an academic environment.
Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of internal and external people, and maintain confidentiality.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, maintain attention to detail, display sound judgement, and to use initiative.
Sound knowledge of a range of computer software applications and experience in the maintenance of electronic data and manual records systems.

Qualifications
Completion of an associated diploma level qualification with relevant work-related experience or a certificate level qualification with post-certificate relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
