About the role reporting to the finance manager the role’s purpose is to provide accurate and timely analysis, reporting and forecasting information to help support decision making. Duties preparation of monthly and annual analytical performance & kpi reports, meeting necessary requirements, ad hoc analysis of the business unit's as required, support the preparation of reports to monitor key performance drivers, build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders throughout the division and the wider business, true business partnering responsibilities.  Skills & experience ca/cpa qualified, a great communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels, property experience preferred.
