Office Administrator Prestige Marketing 2015 Limited t/a NZ Sotheby's International Realty Auckland Eastern Bays location Auckland. $60,000 – $70,000 per year.
If you are an engaging, organised, ‘people person’ with exceptional administrative skills then we need you. Our Office Administrator has moved across into sales and we are looking for someone to replace her.
Based in our luxurious new office right on the waterfront in St Heliers you will be a key member of our small high-performing team and have opportunities for career advancement.
As the front face of our Eastern Bays Office, you will represent our luxury brand, carry out general reception duties and provide high quality administrative support to the Managing Directors and Sales Team.
To succeed in this role you need the following skills confident with IT and a proficient user of Microsoft Office products. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Accuracy and absolute attention to detail. Professional presentation and manner that reflects the NZSIR luxury brand.
Good people skills and a willingness to assist the sales team in achieving their goals. Ability to develop and maintain productive and harmonious working relationships with individuals at all levels and be a team player. Balanced and mature approach with the ability to work well under pressure and multi-task whilst meeting key deadlines.
Previous experience in a similar role and in the use of our CRM Property Suite would be advantageous but is not essential. The role is fulltime Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm however job-share candidates will also be considered. An immediate start is available.
