Strong computer literacy with attention to detail. Fast paced sales environment with the ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks at once. Capable of withstanding pressure to ensure deadlines are met. Wynyard Quarter, Auckland.
Based in Wynyard Quarter, our Residential Projects team is looking for a Team Administrator who has excellent administration skills to manage their day-to-day responsibilities.
This team is particularly focused on data to help them maintain their market dominance, so great computer literacy is a must. This is a fast-paced role where no one day is the same and often with high pressure deadlines. The role is very systems and processes driven but includes a diverse range of administration tasks.
It is expected that you will share a passion for real estate, be an exceptional multi-tasker and problem solver, and take pride in working with some of the best in the business. This is a great opportunity to be part of the growth of this busy and successful team.
You will work autonomously and manage your own workflow ensuring that you adhere to deadlines and meet the requirements of the team. You will be responsible for management of listings. Preparation of legal contracts. Preparation of all marketing material, print and web.
Driving social media presence. Liaising and communicating with clients and the wider Bayleys team. High level administrative management. PA support to the National Director.
An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft is required. There is also an industry specific CRM package (PropertySuite) and training will be provided, however previous real estate experience would be beneficial.
To be effective in this role you will need to enjoy interacting with others and your style of communication should be clear, concise and easy to understand. You should be a pro-active person, who takes pride in their work.
As much of the workflow is time sensitive, you must be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and deliver results in an unflappable manner.
