Inherent requirements we’re looking for Customer Service Centre Officers to be the friendly and professional first point of contact for our community. Whether assisting over the phone, in person, via email, or online, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every customer interaction is positive, seamless, and engaging.
In this role, you’ll help residents navigate Council services, provide accurate information, and resolve enquiries efficiently. Your ability to communicate with warmth and clarity will strengthen connections between the Council and the community, ensuring people feel supported and heard.

We have two fantastic part-time opportunities available position 1 – Permanent part-time: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 8:20 am – 5:05 pm. Position 2 – Temporary part-time: Monday – Friday, 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. Both roles offer a pro-rata salary of $72,704 per year, plus 11.5% superannuation.
