Receptionist Glasshouse Property Management location Waikato. $60,000 – $65,000 per year.

We are a thriving Property Management company with over 1,200 properties under our care, and we’re on the lookout for an exceptional receptionist/administrator to join our busy Cambridge office. This is a role that doesn't come along very often and is only due to internal promotion.

About the role as the first point of contact for landlords, tenants, and visitors, you’ll be the friendly face of our office. You'll also provide vital administrative support to our property management team, helping keep everything running efficiently. This is a fulltime role Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.

Key responsibilities greeting and assisting landlords, tenants, and visitors. Handling incoming calls and office enquiries. Processing tenancy applications and agreements. Scanning, filing, and general admin duties. Purchasing office supplies. Assisting Property Managers with admin tasks and client queries. Liaising with contractors for maintenance and repairs.

What We’re Looking for a friendly, professional, and proactive attitude. Strong administration and customer service skills. Great problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills. The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Solid computer skills and attention to detail.
