Winger Hamilton is looking for a new salesperson to join its high-performance team. The right candidate will be selling new Subaru, Suzuki, MG, Fiat, Jeep, RAM, and used vehicles as part of a fast-growing dealership with excellent earning potential.

As a small team, finding the right person who will fit the Winger culture is crucial. You'll be open to upskilling and regular training, and have a high-performance standard of work is crucial. Each salesperson will be an integral part of the dealership and will have higher responsibilities than a typical sales role.

Day to day understanding vehicles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features. Cultivate buyers by maintaining rapport with previous and new customers. Turn customers into buyers by matching them with their ideal car, and making suggestions for solutions to their current situation.

Demonstrates vehicle features/benefits and takes customers on test drives. Closes sales by overcoming objections, and negotiating. Assist with the setup of the showroom and displays. Sales training and personal development. Lead generation and prospecting.
