Admin Superstar Advantage Plumbing location Otago.

Are you a highly organized, computer-savvy individual with a knack for multitasking. Advantage Plumbing in Queenstown is on the lookout for a part-time Admin Assistant to join our team.

Key responsibilities answering and managing phone calls with professionalism and efficiency. Logging and scheduling jobs in our system. Assisting the Office Manager with various administrative tasks. Managing and maintaining Health and Safety records and ensuring compliance.

What We’re Looking for strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems. Excellent communication skills and a friendly phone manner. A proactive attitude with great attention to detail. Familiarity with Health and Safety requirements (preferred but not essential). Reliability and the ability to work independently.

Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
