The gig we’re on the hunt for a Senior Account Manager who knows how to juggle like a pro. You’ll be the MVP for our clients—keeping them happy, projects on track, and making sure every event, campaign, and activation goes off without a hitch. If you’re the type who can talk the talk, walk the walk, and laugh through the chaos, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll do be the Client whisperer you’re the point of contact clients rave about at dinner parties. Build those “we’ve-got-your-back” relationships that make clients come back for more. Spot what clients need before they even know it themselves.

Nail the Talent Game. Brief the Talent Manager with all the juicy details so they’re ready to smash it. Action job briefing requests by advertising roles and locking in the perfect talent. Add all talent details to our system so it’s up-to-date, organized, and ready for action. Set up WhatsApp groups to keep everyone in the loop and on the ball. Keep spreadsheets in check, because chaos isn’t your thing.

Own the Projects use Trello like the organisational wizard you are. Cross-check spreadsheets, chase briefs, and make sure no stone’s left unturned. Plan, execute, and deliver events and campaigns that blow minds and hit goals.

Keep the Team on point brief the Talent Manager so they’re prepped, ready, and raring to go. Give teams the thumbs up (or feedback to tweak) so they’re always client-ready.

Crunch the numbers gather client feedback like a detective—then turn it into actionable awesomeness. Write post-event reports so good, even your old English teacher would be impressed.

Stay Cool and current keep tabs on industry trends and tech. (What’s hot? You’ll know.) Attend the cool conferences and workshops, making friends while you’re at it.

Who You are, you’re a people person who’s as organized as a Marie Kondo drawer. You know the events and marketing world inside-out, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get sh*t done.

Must-haves account management experience that makes us go, “Whoa.” Multitasking skills that would make an octopus jealous. Stellar communication chops (talking, writing, Zooming—you’re a natural). Pro-level Trello and spreadsheet skills. Events/marketing/talent industry experience that gets our heads nodding.

Nice-to-haves you’ve got the inside scoop on NZ’s events and marketing scene. Talent booking or staffing experience—bonus points if you’ve used online booking systems. You’re a trend-spotter with a knack for fresh ideas.
