About the role as APS 5 Engagement Coordinator, you will support the design and implementation of stakeholder engagement activities for workforce transformation. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in ensuring effective communication and help to manage a range of projects.

What You’ll do coordinate workflow and manage strategic projects using project management tools. Provide quality assurance on work outputs and assist with documentation for executive review. Support administrative needs by booking travel, organising events and assisting with other logistics. Offer advice and contribute to leadership support for the division, promoting a positive and collaborative team culture.

What You’ll bring proven experience in the public sector, ideally in engagement, project coordination or HR-related roles. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. A proactive attitude: willingness to take initiative and support the team wherever needed.
