Customer Service Manager Revel Enterprises Pty Ltd location Perth. $60,000 – $65,000 per year + Super - Part Time.
An exciting opportunity has come up, running of the customer service department and front of store operations 5 nights a week (including Sunday evenings) at a well-established family owned IGA supermarket located in Como WA.
Our ideal applicant will be service focused with strong administrative skills and experience working in a fast-paced customer facing environment. You will have the skills to lead and motivate your team to provide exceptional customer service. Your advanced organisational skills, cash management and good computer skills will see you excel in this role.
You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of customer service are maintained. Cash management (including counting tils and safe, preparing floats, banking). Daily sales reporting to management. Training new team members and upskilling existing team members. Responding to customer queries and raising any resultant issues with the broader management team.
As the successful candidate, you will have drive, passion and pride. At least 5 years experience in retail. Be competent with microsoft office (particularly excel and outlook). Provide leadership, guidance and training to customer service team members. Have sound knowledge of store processes and systems.
Be customer focused, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Have effective time management, analytical and problem solving skills; and Be available for work across store trading hours (the store trades 24 hours, seven days a week and you will be required to work five days a week including Sunday evenings). Provide a current police clearance.
