Initiative and attention to detail also goes a long way with us. We are a tight-knit team working closely together to achieve awesome things - no two days are the same.

Core duties include ensuring the office facilities are kept to a high service level e.g. kitchen, meeting rooms, stationery/printing areas, reception etc. Answering and directing telephone calls and relaying messages. Greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner. Organising couriers and handling deliveries and all mail related duties.

Assist with maintaining all office supplies. Assist with expense receipts and monthly billing. Opening matters together with generating retainers and closing matters including archiving and safe custody. Various administration tasks as required to support other team members including copying briefs, scanning, printing/collating documents.

Skills & experience a minimum of 1 year experience in an office environment. Proactive, highly organised, ability to multi-task. High attention to detail. Experience using MS Suite is essential.

General knowledge of legal software and Xero would be a highly regarded advantage. We have a good thing going here at William James which we are very proud of and we want you to be as pumped up about making the firm a great place to work as we are.
