Trainer Or Group Fitness Instructor F45 Training location Gisborne. $26 – $35 per hour.

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated Group Fitness Instructor or PT to join our team.

About the role as an F45 Trainer, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge, resistance, cardio and hybrid functional training sessions that inspire and motivate our members. Your role will involve coaching F45 workouts in a group training format.

Providing personalised support and technique correction to ensure members train safely and effectively. Creating an engaging and inclusive environment where members feel encouraged to achieve their fitness goals.

Building strong relationships with members and the team, fostering a positive and welcoming community. Assisting with studio operations, including setting up and packing down equipment and maintaining a clean and organised space.

What we're looking for a passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals with a genuine desire to change people's lives through fitness. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to energise and inspire a group of people in a training environment.

A current fitness qualification (Cert III, Cert IV preferred). A valid First Aid and CPR certification preferred – we will support the successful candidate with achieving this qualification if not already attained. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.
