Human Resource Business Partner Fred Recruitment location Auckland. $50-75 HR.

About the role this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to work closely with the leadership team and employees, providing strategic HR support across the business.

This role will play a pivotal part in supporting a variety of HR functions and ensuring that the company continues to meet its people and business objectives. As this is a temporary role, with the ideal candidate being able to start immediately and provide essential support during this busy period.

Key responsibilities partner with senior management and key stakeholders to deliver HR strategies Manage employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.

Assist with employee onboarding, training, and development initiatives. Monitor and advise on compliance with company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements. Continuous change management. Remuneration reviews.

About the company this is a leading business within the logistics space, which is currently going through a growth period (an exciting time to join). They work with a range of products from food, beverages and pharmaceuticals. Although a large sized business they are regularly commended for their down to earth, family feel environment.

You will be working in a culture like no other. They love to celebrate the wins, having monthly team celebrations and offer regular upskilling and training to their staff. You will be reporting to a fantastic, very experienced HR manager who is there to support you when you need it but will let you own this role. They are looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running.

Skills and experience the ideal candidate will have experience within a manufacturing or logistics background, however this is not essential. You will be confident working at senior management and with stake holders.

You will have proven experience as a Human Resource Business Partner or similar HR role. Strong knowledge of New Zealand HR processes and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. Ability to manage employee relations, performance issues, and conflict resolution. Previous experience in a logistics or fast-paced industry is highly desirable. Able to start immediately.
