Senior Legal Executive Cook Morris Quinn location Auckland. $85,000 – $100,000 per year.

Cook Morris Quinn is a law firm based in Westgate that values excellence, teamwork, and lifestyle. We provide legal services locally and all-over New Zealand in many areas of law. We have a full-time position available for an experienced registered legal executive to join our team.

The role is wide ranging including property, companies, trusts and estates and you would be the main point of contact for clients. Deliver to clients’ needs across a wide range of matters. Manage your own files with support from senior lawyers and partners.

Manage settlements, invoices, and statements. Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. You will need at least 5 years of experience as a legal executive, a current practising certificate or Legal Executive qualification.

In addition to experience delivering on the role described above, you will be skilled in handling property transactions independently. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent communication. Motivated to provide excellent client service.

Effective attention to detail. Good at prioritising tasks, with strong administrative and organisational skills. Confident, self-motivated, and driven. High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
