Two bars, Indoor dining options, A bustling 70-seat courtyard restaurant centered around a charcoal grill, serving dry-aged steaks, grilled vegetables, and Australia's finest seafood. About the role as Bar Manager, you will oversee the seamless operation of Le Foote's two bars. Your responsibilities include delivering exceptional guest experiences. Managing stock control and ordering. Leading and mentoring a team of six bartenders. Training staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

We are looking for someone with proven bar management experience. Strong communication and leadership skills. A comprehensive understanding of restaurant systems. A passion for creating memorable experiences.
