About the role as the technology services support officer, you will work as a part of the technology services team, providing troubleshooting and technical support for a diverse range of users and staff ict systems. This role also supports the Service Desk Coordinator by contributing to the planning, continuous improvement, implementation, maintenance and reporting requirements of the Library's ICT Service Desk, Systems and Technology Strategy. The Technology Support Officer will have at least 3 years ICT support (hands-on experience) relating to level one and two desktop support in a complex public environment. The successful candidate should possess appropriate qualifications in ICT service support or equivalent. The role will suit a person who enjoys and can demonstrate, that they possess skills covering analysis and attention to detail to complete tasks in a timely manner, a client focus, a collaborative mindset, effective prioritisation and time management, initiative and a risk mindset.
