Sales Business Development Manager Inside Outside Facility Services location Sydney, CBD, Inner West and Eastern Suburbs. Salary $80,000 - $99,999. We have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated person, with proven sales experience and the ability to drive our business in new directions. To be successful in this role you have proven sales process and client acquisition experience, proven business development ability to generate leads via making quality cold calls to potential clients, including lunch meetings and industry engagement events, credible presentation, with an engaging and personable manner, you have a proven history of meeting and exceeding kpis, experience in problem-solving with a genuine consultative manner, aptitude for understanding client needs, sensational listening skills, with the ability to think on your feet to fit solutions, you are positive and personable. you understand what clients want, you have strong attention to detail and are dedicated to follow-through, you have excellent organisational and time management skills, you care about building longstanding relationships, you are looking for a working environment where all the team are valued, a sense of humour and a team player attitude, a wide group of corporate contacts is a major advantage. Your role includes through industry events, direct conversations and a “thought leadership” approach, you’ll cultivate leads and facilitate introductions, grow and leverage your network of business contacts, opening the door to new business conversations and partnerships, own the sales process from identifying different & ingenious ways to market our business.
