Hotel Receptionist The Travel Inn Hotel location Melbourne.

The Travel Inn in Carlton is a four star boutique hotel currently seeking a Part time/Casual receptionist to join our enthusiastic Front Office team. This position offers you the opportunity to work in a boutique hotel that promotes career growth and enhancement. The successful applicant must be available to work weekends and public holidays on a 7 day rotating roster between the hours of 7:00am and 11:00PM.

The successful applicant must possess positive attitude and good communication skills. Current and valid drivers licence. Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with a Guest. Ability to work on your own and as part of a team. Excellent grooming and presentation skills.

Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. Competent level of IT proficiency. Experience using Protel Cloud an Advantage, however onsite training will be provided. Preferably but not necessary hotel experience in a Front Office environment.

Experience in hotel front office operations or similar roles is preferred. We encourage applicants who are currently studying or have recently graduated from hospitality institutions to apply, especially those seeking a long-term career in the rooms division of the hospitality industry.
